At Celsius Contrast, our ice bath is chilled between 3 and 7 degrees Celsius, creating the perfect environment for contrast therapy.

Looking for a milder chill? Temperatures between 8°C and 12°C are available on request, though cannot be guaranteed for back-to-back bookings. We recommend contacting us in advance to ensure we can meet your preferred setting.

Our chiller ensures constant water circulation. This prevents a “thermal layer” from forming around your body, providing a deeper, more constant chill.
